Directory Submitter Review

You may or may not know that Website Directory Submission is quickly becoming
a very popular and easy way to get quality, one way links to your website.

These kind of links are exactly what the search engines are looking for. The
websites with more quality, one way links are typically the sites that rank
the highest, period.

With that said, there are several websites dircetory submission programs on
the market. The best and easiest to use is a new program created by Brad Callen,
called Directory Submitter.

The software currently contains around 1700 website directories, all free.
It is the most straightforward program that we've come across, in that all you
need to do is:

1. Input your website details (i.e. title, description, URL, etc.) into the
software

2. Click on the directory you want to submit to

And then the program will automatically fill in your website details. Then,
you simply click the submit button and your website is instantly submitted to
the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list,
and by the time you're finished you'll have roughly 1500 one way links pointing
to your website.

I can't think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you're going to
get links this quickly, it's important to vary your website title (anchor text)
every 20-30 links or so, to make things look more natural to the search engines.

You can do this very easily via Directory
Submitter
when you create your project in the beginning.

The software is constantly being updated and their is an incredible community
of users established that all work together to make the software better and
better, so you know you're getting great value for the money.

Christmas Shopping Tips for People who Hate to Shop

For all those people out there who spend Christmas Eve frantically looking around crowded malls for the perfect gift for their better half, here are some Christmas shopping tips that can help you avoid that stomach-churning fiasco.

---Shop early and shop online. Why? Because you’ll be less likely to spend as much money. The last thing anyone needs on Christmas Eve is to find themselves desperate and standing in a jewelry store with a sales clerk rubbing their hands together in glee because they know they have an easy mark. Last minute shoppers tend to do two things: buy things they never intended to when they left home, and spend too much money because of the pressure to buy something, anything, that will bring a smile to face of the person they love.
Online shopping was made for people who hate shopping because it’s so easy and allows you to thoroughly research everything before you buy it. The Internet offers endless ideas and is far less stressful than fighting traffic and wandering around a big mall with all the other last-minute shoppers.

---Make a list. Make a list not only of what you need to buy, but the people you need to buy for. If you work in an office, do you exchange gifts? Are you the boss and expected to buy your closest employees a gift?

The easy part is knowing who you are buying for. The tough part is figuring out what to buy. Go to a search engine and type: “gift ideas for” and plug in the age and gender of the person you are looking to buy for. It’s a beautiful thing. You’ll get site after site offering help coming up with that perfect gift.

---Compare prices. Once you know what you want, compare prices to find the best deal. Prices on high-end items can fluctuate by hundreds of dollars. It’s worth it to spend a bit of extra time doing research before plugging in your credit card information.
---Watch those shipping costs. Sometimes an online retailer will give a low-ball price, then charge an exorbitant amount in shipping, which can knock you off your budget. Many retailers, especially around the holidays, include free shipping or provide free shipping if you spend a certain amount. Sometimes there are restrictions.

---Will it ship on time? On Christmas morning, no one wants the person they love most in the world to open an empty box with an I.O.U. in it. It does happen and it’s not a pretty site. Make sure the item you order is in stock and will ship in time for Christmas delivery.
---Purchase only from reputable companies. Nowadays, ordering online is pretty safe and reliable, but it’s still a good idea to make sure you are buying from a reputable company. Most online companies are rated for their reliability. Pay attention to those ratings as they can help you to avoid a lot of heartache.

---Have the gift sent to a friend or relative. When the UPS man delivers your present, it’s probably a good idea not to have the recipient sign for it. Have your gifts delivered to a trusted friend or relative and make certain you tell them your plans.
Christmas shopping doesn’t have to be a stressful thing if you plan ahead and set up a budget.

Answer these questions openly:

1.) Does your other half or partner complain that you squander too much money?

2.) Are you surprised each month once your credit card bill arrives at how much extra your charged than you thought you had?

3.) Do you have additional shoes and clothes in your closet than you could ever probably wear?

4.) Do you own every new widget before it has time to gather dust on a retailer’s shelf?

5.) Do you purchase things you didn’t know you wanted until you saw them on display in a store?

If you answered “yes” to any two of the above questions, you are an impulse spender and indulge yourself in retail therapy.

This is not a helpful thing. It will prevent you from saving for the main things like a house, a new car, a vacation or retirement. You should set certain economic goals and resist spending money on items that really don’t count in the long run.

Impulse spending can and will put a strain on your finances and your relationships, as well. To overcome the challenge, the first thing to do is learn to separate your needs from your wants.

Advertisers attack us hawking their products at us 24/7. The trick is to give yourself a cooling-off phase prior to you buy something that you have not planned for.

When you go shopping, make a list and take only enough cash to pay for what you have planned to buy. Leave your credit cards at home.

If you see something you think you really need, grant yourself two weeks to decide if it is really something you need or something you can clearly do without. By following this clear-cut solution, you will mend your financial fences and your relationships.
